Everton return to the Premier League this weekend in an attempt to continue their strong start to the season against West Ham.
The Toffees fought to a 1-1 draw at Manchester United ahead of the international break despite a number of players sidelined with injuries.

Lucas Digne has been added to the hosts’ growing list of injuries after contracting a hamstring problem on international duty with France.
The left-back is slated for a short period on the sidelines and he joins Fabian Delph to be excluded from Sunday’s clash.

On the visitors’ side, West Ham has slight doubts about Vladimir Coufal following his withdrawal from the Czech Republic squad due to a minor groin injury.
West Ham United medical director Richard Collinge said: “Vladimir has a slight groin injury which has caused him some discomfort.
“We and the Czech Republic medical team have agreed that it would be beneficial for him to rest during this time, and we will manage his recovery carefully with a view to making him available for re-selection as soon as possible. “
