What is the Call of Dutty game about?

Call of Dutty is a video game franchise that emerged in 2003 and became popular in the past two decades. It is a first-person game in which the player plays a soldier, in different scenarios of the story.

The first games greatly exploited the theme of World War II, within which, in one edition (perhaps the best known) the Russian soldier Vasili was personified, who begins his training by throwing “potatoes” instead of grenades because the Red Army he spared his resources for the fighting.

In the modern versions of the game, Call of Dutty Modern Warfare (as of 2011), not only does the character replace the Springfield rifle with a weapon with a laser sight, but the game’s setting also moves to the Middle East and other destinations. But, the great novelty is that in the modern versions online gameplay is exploited more, with players from all over the world who can also be in mutual contact through other applications such as Discord (online calls) or Twitch (players share their game in a video). The war game began exclusively for the computer, but over the years and the great demand of players, it spread to Play Station, X Box and others.
