The coach of the New Orleans Pelicans, Willie Green, reported that there is still no date for the return of the team’s star forward Zion Williamson, one week before the regular season of the NBA.

Zion underwent surgery to repair an injury to his right foot last summer in secret, and he was expected to be ready for the start of the season, but having already missed preseason, the near future still looks uncertain.

“He’s doing fine. He was here today doing his cardio. We do not have an official update at this time, but when we do we will let you know. But he (Zion) was here. With good humor. We just hope it continues to progress, ”Green commented.

Williamson, chosen number one of the Draft de 2019, was appointed Rookie of the Year that same season, and last season he was chosen for the first time All Star with only 20 years, after averaging 27 points, 7.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists.
