Five days after he left his home and disappeared, authorities from the Coahuila State Prosecutor’s Office for Missing Persons reported that Carlos Emilio Cuellar, a 14-year-old from Monclova, was found alive and in good health.
Without giving more details about the site and the way in which it was possible to find his whereabouts, it was said that fortunately the teenager was already with his family, they thanked the collaboration of citizens through social networks.
It was last Saturday when after having an argument with his mother, the young man left his home in the Central Zone of this city, according to his relatives, he would have been seen in nearby places accompanied by a male person older than age, so they asked the population for their support in locating him.
Rodrigo Chaires Zamora, delegate of the State Attorney General’s Office, said that in recent weeks these types of incidents have been constantly occurring where young people are absent voluntarily and mainly problems between the same family lead them to make this decision. .
He explained that fortunately, they have resulted with the location of the people and the channeling with the families.
“At least in the region the majority have been due to voluntary absence, due to some disagreement with their family in some others, they are young people who do not notify that they are with friends or a romantic relationship, we give ourselves the task of looking for them, fortunately for them and their families have been considered as voluntary absences ”, he mentioned.
I urge families to maintain better communication with young people to prevent them from taking this type of easy way out in the face of a family conflict.
