Jaldismo seeks to reject the project to eliminate compensation

By virtue of the bill presented by the Senator Martin Lousteau on the elimination of compensation for arbitrary dismissals, the Tucumán legislator Raúl Ferrazzano He presented a bill in the legislature expressing his repudiation and deep concern at the manifest intention of national opposition senators to suppress severance pay and replace it with a “Work Stoppage Fund.”

According to Ferrazzano, “it is an unconstitutional initiative because it violates fundamental social rights, their guarantees and the binding constitutional mandates of Article 14 Bis of the National Constitution, whose purpose is to provide what is conducive to human development and economic progress with Social Justice ”.

The Jaldista parliamentarian, urged that all the provincial legislatures of the country express themselves in this regard: “I understand that this initiative must be accompanied by the provincial legislatures so that the provinces establish a position on this issue expressing their rejection and defending the rights of the workers ”.

Ferrazzano also assured that the bill presented by Senator Lousteau also has serious legislative flaws: “This initiative establishes that the percentage of the contribution destined to nourish the fund varies according to the criteria of the power in power, which on the other hand, would result in greater uncertainty for companies and even more so for workers that would add to the insecurity in terms of job instability derived from the disappearance of the dissuasive factor of dismissal that would represent the repeal of the compensation that currently provides for the labor contract law ” ended.
