Adele releases new album on November 19: "finally ready to release this record"

British singer Adele revealed on Tuesday that she will release her new album on November 19th.

The first single “Easy on Me”, which is part of the album “30”, is released this Thursday at 7pm.

After several years without releasing a single song, the 33-year-old singer admits that she is “finally ready to release this album”.

Along the way, I learned many truths about myself. I lost a lot of layers, but also I found some new ones I won others. I have never felt so peaceful in my life and so I feel ready”, expressed the singer, in a statement published on the social network Instagram.

Adele also revealed that the album was something of an escape during “the most turbulent period” of her life.

When I was writing the record, a friend of mine helped and cheered me up. She spent nights awake and held my hand while I cried copiously without knowing why. Since then I have managed to rebuild my house and my heart and this album narrates it”, stated the artist.

The singer is mainly known for the songs “Someone Like You”, “Rolling in the Deep” and “Set Fire to the Rain”.

During a live on Instagram, the artist shared a few seconds of her new song.
