“In catering establishments, culture, sports and some other places where we have a congestion of citizens, a visit will be only for a certificate of vaccination, or a certificate that a person has been ill in the last six months,” said Konovalov.
He added that the corresponding decree will be updated based on the new recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor. The Governor stressed that the region is experiencing a difficult situation with the incidence of coronavirus infection. A total of 1286 beds have been deployed, more than 100 of which are still free.
Earlier, QR codes for entering restaurants and shopping centers were introduced in Chechnya on October 11. Also, an electronic document will be required to enter all public places, including transport, retail outlets and cultural and entertainment centers.
