Femicide in Monteros: they found the butcher knife in a field

A new femicide moves Tucumán. At 7 o’clock this Sunday, a 33-year-old woman was stabbed to death in front of her three children. One of the daughters managed to go out into the street and asked her neighbors for help who, when they entered the house, found the woman lifeless, with injuries to her face and various parts of her body.

The murderer would have escaped through the back of the property, after jumping over the wall and fleeing through an open field. In that sector, investigators found a bloody butcher knife.

The victim was identified as Jimena Yamila Saba.

The police are looking for a subject with whom he had been in a relationship for a few months.

The case is being investigated by the Fiscal Unit for Investigation and Prosecution of Serious Attacks against Physical Integrity of the Monteros Judicial Center, which is subrogated by the prosecutor Monica Garcia de Targa.

On behalf of the Fiscal Unit, the prosecutor’s assistant directs the investigation at the scene. Bernardo Sassi, the prosecutor Ariel zurita and the coordinator Juan Carlos Rosales Medina.

The Office of the Prosecutor ordered the intervention of the Scientific Team for Tax Investigations (ECIF) of the MPF, under the general coordination of Eugenio Agüero Gamboa.

Meanwhile, the Victim Support and Support Team, led by Silvia Morales, assisted the family group in emotional support and articulation to meet the urgent needs of the moment.

On the part of the police, the Monteros police station, the South Brigade and the Homicide Division intervene, which is engaged in the search for the suspect.
