Sinaloa.- Alejandro Higuera Osuna, private secretary of the governor-elect of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya, commented that as of November 1 there will be a new social policy.
This consists of allocating spending on works that have to do with the well-being of citizens, such as water, pavement and drainage works.
“We are earthly, we all have problems that we want to be solved for us, we will serve the people who have the least,” said Higuera.
He also revealed that as of fiscal year 2022, the Ministry of Agrarian, Territorial and Urban Development (Sedatu) will enter Sinaloa with projects.
Alejandro Higuera asserted that no agreements have been signed in Sinaloa for at least the last two years.
According to Higuera, the secretariat brings a work program and measures will be implemented on the issue of housing and land reserves.
