Selection of France went back this Sunday to that of Spain and won 1-2 at the San Siro stadium in Milan to be crowned champion of the second edition of the UEFA Nations League.
Mikel Oyarzabal deluded Spain with a goal in minute 64, but France got the equalizer two minutes later thanks to Karim Benzema, with a curved shot that nailed a square.
In minute 80 Kylian Mbappé, to pass from Theo Hernandez, and in a position very to the limit of the offside, he dribbled to Unai Simóny signed the 1-2 goal with his left foot that gave the trophy to France. The VAR controlled the play, but did not detect an illegal position.
Spain turned to attack with everything in the last minutes and their best opportunities were Oyarzabal and Yeremy Pinor, who ran into the French wall.
