The identities of the passengers who died in the crash of the Robinson R44 helicopter in Lytkarino near Moscow have been established – this is a young couple. This was reported on Monday, October 4, by the REN TV channel.

According to the TV channel, in addition to the pilot Alexander Shapochkin, Khristina K. (born in 2000) and Semyon S. (born in 1999) were on board that crashed last Sunday in Lytkarin.

According to the Telegram channel Mash, the victims were related to each other. They came from the Perm region.

“The girl’s father, a clergyman Ioann Kisel, told us that the deceased children were relatives. John is in Anapa and may not have time to return to the funeral. Semyon’s father owns a plant in Solikamsk, ”the channel said.

Now the man is going to Moscow for identification, said the interlocutor of Mash.

The helicopter crashed on the Turovskoye highway in Lytkarino near Moscow on the evening of Sunday, October 3. After the fall, the aircraft did not catch fire. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, all three people who were on board died. The helicopter was flown by an experienced pilot Alexander Shapochkin, who was a frequent participant in the European air rally championships as part of the Russian national team.

A source in the emergency services of TASS called a pilot error and a technical malfunction as preliminary versions of the crash.
