There was a video of the pursuit of a suspect in the murder of three students near Orenburg

The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs published a video of the pursuit of a suspect in the murder of three female students in the city of Gai near Orenburg. The video was published on the YouTube channel “Ministry of Internal Affairs Media”.

The footage shows how the suspect, driving a stolen VAZ car, is trying to evade pursuit by making dangerous maneuvers on the road.

On October 3, the Ministry of Internal Affairs identified the suspect in the triple murder – it turned out to be 29-year-old Lazarev Alexander Vyacheslavovich. The ministry also released a photograph of him and asked for help in locating his location. In the evening of the same day, as reported by the spokesman of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Vol, the criminal was detained. After a long pursuit, he left the car and tried to hide in the kindergarten grounds.

The video of the arrest was published by the Baza Telegram channel. The footage shows how law enforcement officers are leading the detained man. Other police officers, judging by the video, inspect the area around.

The bodies of girls between the ages of 17 and 19 were found on Molodezhnaya Street on the morning of September 30. According to preliminary data, the killer stabbed them with a kitchen knife. It also became known that Lazarev was previously convicted and released from prison in July 2021. Molecular genetic examination confirmed his involvement in the crime.
