How to check the balance of the Alimentar ANSES Card?

As of September 17, beneficiaries should have the corresponding money on their Alimentar ANSES Card. There are at least six different ways to check the amount you have. You can check Home Banking or the bank’s mobile app; via ATM; By calling the Banelco and Red Link numbers and by means of a text message (for this, see the number printed on the Alimentar Card itself).

Another option is to contact the Alimentar Visa or Mastercard numbers. For the Alimentar Mastercard, call 0810-666-4803 and for the Alimentar Visa card, call 0810-666-3400. Visa also offers the possibility of making the query through the official Visa page, where you only have to enter the card number to check balance and movements.

How to claim non-payment of the Alimentar ANSES Card?

In the event that after the collection date has passed you have not received the corresponding amount, the irregularity must be reported. For this, there is the possibility of putting a claim or complaint on the website of this benefit. ANSES enabled four ways to attend claims:

  1. From My ANSES. Enter the “Complaints” section with the Social Security Code. If you do not have it, you can manage it on the page: “Obtain Social Security Code”.
  2. Dial 130 by phone
  3. Using the postal address to Av. Paseo Colón 329, 5th Floor, CABA, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  4. Go to the ANSES offices in person, it is at the same address above.

A line was also set up for holders of the Food Card: 0800-222-3294. This line is from the Ministry of Social Development, from here you can check on available balance and payments not made on time.

What are the amounts of the ANSES Alimentar Card?

Amount Beneficiary
$6.000 Pregnant from 3 months of gestation, who collect the Pregnancy Allowance for Social Protection.

People with disabilities who collect the Universal Child Allowance, without age limits.

$6.000 Mothers with a child up to 14 years old.
$9.000 Families with two children up to 14 years of age or with a disability.
$12.000 Families that have three or more children in the same age group.
$12.000 Mothers who have seven or more children who receive a Non-Contributory Pension.

There is still no official announcement from the Argentine government on the amount to be delivered in this fourth edition of the ANSES IFE. It is calculated that with a cumulative inflation of 62.1% from April 2020 to date, this subsidy should be around $ 16,200 (Argentine pesos). BB

  • Mothers and fathers with daughters and sons up to 14 years of age, who are receiving the Universal Child Allowance (AUH).
