The ministers who did not resign expressed their support for Fernández

After the emergency meeting called in the Casa Rosada to analyze the political crisis unleashed by the resignations presented by all the ministers who respond to Cristina Kirchner, several officials aligned with Alberto Fernández came out to show their support.

“All my support for Alberto Fernández, a synthesis of popular unity to achieve the country we want. The Frente de Todos is the guarantee for the will of the people expressed in 2019 to become a reality, ”wrote Security Minister Sabina Frederic on her personal Twitter account.

At the same time, from the Ministry of Transport they circulated a statement that goes in the same direction as Claudio Moroni: “My total and unconditional support for President Alberto Fernández for everything he represented as the synthesis of what the people voted in 2019” .

In the meeting this afternoon, in addition to Claudio Moroni and Sabina Frederic, Santiago Cafiero, Cecilia Todesca, Matías Kulfas, Martín Guzmán, Matías Lammens, Gabriel Katopodis, Juan Zabaleta, Felipe Solá and Vilma Ibarra participated.

Fernández had arrived at the Casa Rosada after 4:30 p.m. along with the Secretary General of the Presidency, Julio Vitobello, and the Secretary of Communication and Press, Juan Pablo Biondi.

The massive presentation of resignations occurs within the framework of the internal reproaches in the Frente de Todos for the defeat in the primary elections last Sunday, which led Kirchnerism to put more pressure on Fernández to change several of his ministers, with Guzmán (Economy) and Kulfas (Production), as the main targets.

Minutes before returning to the Casa Rosada, Fernández made a publication on the social network Twitter, where he highlighted the presentation of the Law for the Promotion of Hydrocarbon Investments that took place during a ceremony held at noon, without mentioning the presentation of resignations.

Along with that tweet, the President published the photo of that meeting in which he posed with the Ministers of Economy, Martín Guzmán, and Production, Matías Kulfas, two of those targeted by Kirchnerism after the defeat in the primary elections (STEP ).
