Spain is close to 100 points of incidence and three out of four Spaniards already have the complete vaccination schedule

The Ministry of Health has published this Wednesday the update of the figures of infections, hospitalizations and deaths from coronavirus in Spain and, with respect to Tuesday’s report, the total number of people infected by COVID-19 It has increased by 3,723, so that the national total of infected already rises to 4,922,249 people since the start of the pandemic.

In addition, Health has notified 90 new deaths from the SARS-CoV-2 infection with respect to the data of this Tuesday, which makes the official death toll since the beginning of the pandemic already rises to 85,638.

Regarding the accumulated incidence at the national level at 14 days, the figure has dropped another 7.83 points during the last 24 hours to stand at 101.55 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

Three out of four Spaniards already have the complete guideline

Health has also updated the vaccination figures and there are already 35,571,661 people with the complete vaccination schedule (75.0% of the population) That is, three out of four Spaniards are already fully vaccinated. If we look at the number of people with at least one dose of vaccines, the figure rises to 37,303,202 people (78.6% of Spaniards).

In total, since the vaccination campaign in Spain began, 68,820,573 doses of the four vaccines approved to date by the EMA have been administered after administering 200,992 doses since yesterday.
