Manzur, after the resignation of Jaldo to his candidacy: "I do not think of what the others do"

The governor, Juan Manzur, met this morning at the municipal inn in Tafí Viejo with the 15 members of the “Peronist Loyalty” bloc of the Legislature, in order to analyze the results of the PASO of last Sunday and to establish guidelines regarding what is coming for the Peronism.

After the meeting, the head of the Executive Power (PE) was consulted by the press regarding the resignation of the lieutenant governor Osvaldo Jaldo to his candidacy for national deputy, after the inmates placed him in second place on the list of the Frente de Todos.

“It is his personal decision. Normally I do not think of what others do. I always think of our position, of our vision. We have already begun to prepare for what is going to be the November election, in which what we have to do is redouble our efforts and keep up with the people, fundamentally with what they need the most, ”said Manzur. And he insisted: “what are the other political spaces doing, is not an issue I am talking about.”

In parallel, the governor valued that Tucumán registered “one of the highest percentages of turnout at the polls” in the entire country. “This is what must be highlighted, the people of Tucumán have massively turned (to support),” HE INDICATED.

Along these lines, he valued the “vote of confidence” given by the voters, given that the “Peronist Loyalty” list was the one that obtained the most adhesions on Sunday (289,863 votes).

“This forces us to redouble our efforts, to increase our work. We were talking today with legislators about the number of projects there are, the proposals, the initiatives and how we can accelerate this so that all these benefits reach the province,” he added .

He also remarked that the meeting with the members of “Peronist Loyalty” took place in a framework of “very good humor” and “enthusiasm”. And he pointed out that he agrees with the Manzurista bench in the “desire to continue working and looking forward to continue building the future.”

“Our idea was always the same, that we discussed it with our block chief, the legislator Sergio Mansilla; It is to help, to do our bit to make this go well. President (Alberto Fernandez), you heard him say publicly, there are things that must be corrected, others intensified, others improved. We are beginning to walk a path that is the one of Argentina that we want. The people of Tucumán here have given us a very important vote of confidence, which commits us much more, ”he added, in relation to the national level.
