They talked about the program “Sembrando Vida”

He explained that they talked about the “Sembrando Vida” program; and it is that President López Obrador has proposed that the United States support his financing in Central America.

“I see an important possibility, a promoter of this cause in Washington that we did not have. This is good news for Mexico. Of course, he is going to defend the interests of the United States, but it coincides with the way of thinking, that we have to do something with the bottom of the migratory problem and also with the climate issue … the investment has to be made now, it has already been taken a long time back and forth, documents, letters come and go … the president thinks and Ken Salazar listened carefully, that if they are going to invest trillions of dollars, trillions in infrastructure, the entire program that Mexico is proposing for Central America is worth 2 billion, It is something affordable, ”said Marcelo Ebrard, Secretary of Foreign Relations.

He added that the new US ambassador to Mexico is sensitive to the Hispanic community.

“He did a program in the United States, similar to that of the youth and“ sowing life ”. In the case of the United States there are 100,000, he organized this, to pay the young people who did not have work, the young people of color, the children of marginalized Mexicans there, and he invited all those young people to work in favor of conservation. of the reserves or natural resources in the United States, they began to plant trees. So there is a great affinity between what he did and what President López Obrador is now proposing for Central America especially, ”said Marcelo Ebrard, Secretary of Foreign Relations.

According to Foreign Minister Ebrard, ambassadors from 23 nations delivered their credentials to President Andrés Manuel López Obrador at the National Palace.
