What began as a disagreement between a woman and a man, both neighbors of Villa Villicum -Albardón-, triggered an unequal fight in which the woman had to be hospitalized for the blows she received and the aggressor, identified by judicial sources as Carlos Alberto Díaz, having to give explanations in court.
According to what was exposed in the trial, Díaz constantly threatened the woman to rob her in some of her businesses and also to attack her children and nephews. Last Monday, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Díaz was walking when he was rebuked by the woman from the sidewalk across the street. This time Díaz did not react by issuing new threats. He crossed the street and began to attack her with punches to different parts of the body.
The attack ended when two relatives of the victim interceded and were able to separate both people. They apprehended the man, until the police arrived. The woman, with abrasions, bruises and severe pain in her right wrist, was transferred to Rawson Hospital.
Today, Wednesday, an Abbreviated Trial was agreed, and approved by the Judge, the penalty of 10 months in prison for Conditional compliance. In addition, prohibition of approaching the victim, at a distance of not less than 300 meters, and contact by any means.
