Apple will also bring Fitness + to Germany in the fall. What sports enthusiastic users can expect then.
As part of this year’s autumn keynote from Apple, the company announced on Tuesday that the special fitness service Fitness + for the Apple Watch will also be released in Germany on September 27th.
Users of every fitness level can use it to train body and mind, so the promise. The expanded offer includes new trainings, guided meditations and relaxing body training with Pilates. Strength and core training, as well as yoga, have been particularly popular before.
Fitness + is also introducing a new workout program to prepare for the snow season. It was developed together with two-time Olympic gold medalist and five-time ski world champion Ted Ligety (37). The aim of the program is to improve the strength, balance and endurance of the users.
In the new group workouts with SharePlay, participants can also train together and motivate one another.
Train with the stars
And the popular series “Artists: Inside the Spotlight” is also being expanded. There will be new trainings with US star Billie Eilish (19), British Calvin Harris (37), Imagine Dragons and rapper Nicki Minaj (38) – each with an entire training playlist per artist. For four weeks, new units for different sports such as cycling, rowing, HIIT, strength, yoga, dance or treadmill with music from all genres appear on Mondays.
And another popular Fitness + function will continue to rely on prominent support in autumn. In the “Time for Walking” category, influential personalities from all over the world share their stories, photos and music with subscribers. The second season of this series now also includes the singer-songwriters Bebe Rexha (32) and Camila Cabello (24) as well as the country musician and actress Reba McEntire (66), activist and founder of the Me Too movement Tarana Burke (48 ), professional basketball player and ten-time NBA all-star Carmelo Anthony, 37, and actress, activist, and author Gabrielle Union, 48.
Fitness + appears in English with subtitles in six languages.
