Vicente Carrillo, 'Viceroy', brother of the 'Lord of the Skies' is sentenced to 28 years in prison

A federal judge sentenced 28 years in prison to Vicente Carrillo Fuentes “Viceroy”, brother of the former leader of Ciudad Juarez Amado Carrillo Cartel, better known as “The Lord of the heavens”.
