By order of the Final Homicide Prosecutor Unit, in charge of Mariana rivadeneira, the investigators of the Fiscal Investigations Scientific Team (ECIF) of the Public Prosecutor’s Office began to carry out different inquiries about Mario Antonio “Cuchareta” Rodríguez, accused of the crime of Luis Guillermo Andrada, occurred in September 2015, in Villa Carmela.
In this way, the investigations obtained the information that the fugitive was banked and that he was going to collect in a bank in the downtown area. Today they set up a guard until he appeared at a bank, where he was detained by police personnel. In the afternoon, he was presented in court, where he and his lawyer abstained from testifying.
Regarding the case, on September 20, 2015, Luis Guillermo Andrada was at his home in the San Javier neighborhood, in Villa Carmela, when a group of subjects appeared and began to assault him. Rodríguez allegedly stabbed him in the chest that caused his death in that place.
But the murderer remained in hiding to evade justice from the commission of the act. By virtue of this, staff of the Scientific Investigations Team (ECIF) were recently entrusted, under the coordination of Eugenio Agüero Gamboa, to make inquiries to find his whereabouts.
During the development of the investigative tasks, it was established that the fugitive would spend the night in the downtown area of the so-called banking city, on different days and times. With these data, the investigations of the MPF and police personnel, commanded by the commissioner Juan Ibáñez, they caught a fugitive when in the morning he appeared to collect at a bank.
