Entrance to the museum remains free on Tuesdays and every first Wednesday of the month
O São Paulo Museum of Art Assis Chateaubriand, known as masp, announced an increase in ticket prices. To enter the site, visitors will have to pay R$50 or R$25 for half-price. On the Masp portal, the new entry values are already available to the public. The change is the first definitively since February 2020, when the entire ticket started to cost R$ 45. The correction represents an increase of 11% compared to the previous value. Despite the increase, admission to the museum remains free on Tuesdays and every first Wednesday of the month. The attraction, located at Paulista Avenue, is one of the largest museums in Brazil and is considered one of the main postcards of the city of São Paulo.
