Mexico.- The senator for the National Action Party (PAN), Lilly Winter, criticized the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), after appointing Quirino Ordaz Coppel, outgoing governor of Sinaloa, as Ambassador of Mexico to Spain.
Lilly Winter He spoke on the subject through his Twitter account, where he assured that a relationship of interests would have been the motive for the appointment of AMLO toward Quirino Ordaz, indicating that money is what moves the so-called Fourth Transformation (4T).
“Business are business. In Q4 Don money goes first, ”the senator wrote on social networks along with a photograph of Andrés Manuel with Quirino Ordaz.
In the same publication, the senator was questioned about the “reading” of the unusual alliance between Andrés Manuel and Ordaz Coppel, because the latter is a member of the PRI who would be joining the 4T.
The senator for Sonora affirmed that the appointment of Quirino as Ambassador “fulfills the pact” between the officials.
AMLO supports Quirino
After inviting the governor of Sinaloa to join the Federal government once his mandate has concluded, AMLO He has supported Quirino Ordaz, ensuring that he is a good public servant who from the Mexican Embassy in Spain will help rebuild relations between the two countries.
Andrés Manuel López Obrador, acknowledged on Tuesday that “relations with Spain are not good” amid the controversy over the appointment of Ordaz Coppel.
“It is known that relations with Spain are not good and that we are trying to improve them, and we believe that Quirino Ordaz will help a lot with this purpose,” said the president in his daily press conference.
