Half-naked, handcuffed and with a sign, they find a man wandering along the new Malecón in Culiacán

Sinaloa.- Tonight the police located a man wandering around half naked, with his hands tied behind him and with a sign in front of him by the boulevard of the new malecón at the height down the bridge from the level of Álvaro Obregón in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa.

At approximately 08:00 on the night of this Tuesday, a man was reported to the authorities walking half naked, with his hands tied and with a sign in front, for which elements of the State Preventive Police detained him in the place and put him on a patrol.

The identity of the man was not released by authorities. He is of short stature, stocky build, dark complexion and hairless, and apparently over 50 years of age.

Elements of the Sinaloa State Preventive Police in three patrols they interrogated the man, who only wore black underwear.

It was reported that the man did not present any type of blow to his body, the policemen sat him on the ground to question him and later take him to testify before the corresponding authority in the city of Culiacán.
