A year after the death of actor Pedro Lima, Anna Westerlund received Manuel Luís Goucha in her pottery atelier for an open-hearted conversation. Moved, the actor’s companion remembers how she met Pedro Lima and how they fell in love, how the years together were and, finally, how she lived her death and, later, this last year after the departure of her great love.
Without embarrassment, Anna Westerlund also talks about Pedro Lima’s mental health problems. “He was sick and one of the consequences of this disease is that the person feels this urge to commit suicide,” he explains.
Pedro Lima was found dead on the morning of June 20, 2020, at Praia do Abano, in Guincho. The actor was 49 years old and had five children.
