SAT detects 53 companies "will charge" for false tax receipts

Mexico.- The Tax Administration Service (SAT) detected 53 “billing” companies who issued false tax receipts, since they do not have assets, personnel, infrastructure or capacity to provide services or market the goods covered by the documents.

Each one of the “invoices” was notified by the SAT with the individual presumption letter, in which the particular facts were explained for which the presumption was considered appropriate, it is read in the letter published in the Official Gazette of the Federation. (DOF).

Among the companies mentioned is Blackpoint Advisors, located in Puebla and from which no assets were found to justify its operation.

Another company is Going Forward Solutions Consultores computing services residing in Coyoacán, Mexico City, from which no assets or personnel were detected.

Each of the aforementioned taxpayers will have a period of 15 working days, counted from the date the notifications take effect, to present themselves directly to the offices of the issuing authorities to present their defenses with the documentation and information that they consider pertinent to distort the facts, indicates the official letter issued by the Ministry of Finance and the SAT.

The documentation and information submitted through the aforementioned letter must comply with the requirements established in the Tax Code for these cases.
