Pogacar starts in road and time trial at World Cup, Roglic only drives road

Slovenia has unveiled its squad for the World Cycling Championships. Tour winner Tadej Pogacar and Vuelta winner Primoz Roglic lead the team during the road race. Pogacar is also there in the time trial, Roglic is not.

Slovenia also presents a strong team at the World Cycling Championships. With Tadej Pogacar and Primoz Roglic they have 2 of the best riders in the world in their ranks.

Pogacar doubles and is present in both the time and road race. As previously announced, Olympic time trial champion Roglic only focuses on the road during the World Cup.

With Matej Mohoric, Slovenia is sending off a real World Cup animal: he already became world champion in the juniors and the promises.

The Slovenian selection will be complemented by tempo master Jan Tratnik, sprinter Luka Mezgec, Jan Polanc, David Per and Domen Novak.
