“Our services are fully established.

We regret the delay in solving the problem and offer a sincere apology for the damage we caused.

Users reported failures in ATMs and in the mobile application of BBVA Mexico.

They stated that they could not make payments or withdrawals and received notifications of operations that they did not carry out, as well as the denial of access to the verification of their account.

Even the failures in the services of this bank affect payments made with cards from the banking institution.
