The leader of Vox, Santiago Abascal, will cover this Saturday in Mondragón to the deputy of his party Francisco Jose Alcaraz in a rally in rejection of the tribute that Henri Parot from ETA will receive, an inmate in the Villahierro (León) prison sentenced to almost 4,800 years in prison. The Sare citizen network paid tribute to Parot in a 31-kilometer march, the same years that the ETA member convicted of 40 murders has been in jail.
Among the attacks he is charged with, Parot is responsible for the car bomb exploded next to the Zaragoza barracks, where eleven people died, including Alcaraz’s brother and two nieces.
As soon as you know the news of the tribute to the ETA, Alcaraz He announced his intention to concentrate in the face of it. «On September 18, the pro-ETA members want to pay tribute to the one who planted the bomb on my family, the most bloodthirsty terrorist in ETA. If the Government does not stop it, I will be there in Mondragón with the victims and Spaniards who want to accompany me, ”he announced.
Alcaraz immediately received a wave of solidarity from his Vox colleagues in Congress, many of whom plan to travel to Mondragón on Saturday led by Abascal to show their rejection of the tribute.
The spokesperson for the Party’s Political Action Committee, Jorge Buxadé, has trusted that the Government does not allow this act of “glorification of terrorism” and, if it is prohibited by justice, send “the best troops of the State Security Forces and Bodies” to prevent it from being carried out.
Mobilization against the rise of light
The leader of Vox will attend the demonstration called by the Solidarity union against the rise in the electricity bill on Sunday 19.
Vox defends that Spain must have the capacity to generate its own energy so as not to depend on third countries. And for this, it is committed to promoting nuclear energy, which it defines as “clean and safe.”
Among its parliamentary initiatives, Vox has proposed in Congress a reduction in VAT on the electricity bill to 4 percent and the abolition of the Electricity Tax or aid to SMEs, the self-employed or irrigators.
