a lightning has caused the fire of a great pile of branches and remains of trees and vegetation in a composting factory located on the M-111 km 13, in Paracuellos del Jarama, as reported by Emergency 112 Community of Madrid.

The fire has spread rapidly to the rest of the piles that they reach up to 10 meters in height and they are burning approximately 8,000 m3. In total, nine Fire Department teams from the Community of Madrid are working on the extinction.

The first warning was received at 6.30 p.m. and, in addition, the fire has caused a large column of smoke visible several kilometers away.

Despite its closeness to Madrid Adolfo Suárez airport air traffic is not affected. There are no injured or intoxicated, although the SUMMA112 is in preventive.
