Companies are made up of people, without human beings who have an entrepreneurial mindset, companies would not exist. The personal and professional purpose or as I call it “Pers-sional” answers the question, what am I / are we here for? Why are we doing this?

To get into context I share my life purpose: “accompany entrepreneurs on their path of personal and professional fulfillment”

That has been the reason that moves me and makes me get up every day with the best energy, have meetings, co-lead and link with collaborators and clients to improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem throughout Latin America.

Now, how do you define a purpose?

The way to know one’s purpose in life involves being open-minded enough to question and get to yourself and to know yourself well enough.

Why am I doing what I am doing here?

What do I spend time on?

What do I dedicate the most valuable thing I have to?

Personally, I declare myself a fan of frameworks, any structure that helps us improve processes, thoughts and ideas are intended for me, to be used in my personal life and in my work teams.

The Japanese scheme; Ikigai, presents the objective of knowing what we love, what we are good at, what we need and what they can pay for. In this way, you can recognize what your life purpose is and work on it to achieve fulfillment.

Personally, having understood what “my reason for being” was has allowed me to get to where I am and not only on a professional level but also on a personal level. How I came to discover my personal purpose, the tools that helped me.

We are one, and we can have different areas of relationships but our business purpose must be linked to our life purpose.

What is your life purpose?
