As part of an investigation into scams, personnel from the Capital Regional Unit (URC) managed to seize several firearms, money and a new motorcycle that had been bought through deception and with stolen cards.
“After several months of work, we specified these measures in two homes that emerged in the investigation, thanks to film searches and numerous inquiries. Supervised by Fresneda and by the second chief, chief commissioner Joaquin Girvau, Staff of the 1st Police Station in charge of the main commissioner Alfredo Diaz They raided two homes on 2600 Suipacha Street and the intersection of República del Líbano Avenue with Francisco de Aguirre Avenue by order of the judge Julio José Ibáñez.
As a result, they seized a 16/70 caliber shotgun, another 12/70 caliber shotgun, a carbine, several cartridges, $ 6,800 in cash, and a recently purchased motorcycle. “Everything indicates that the motorcycle was acquired through scams, using the stolen cards.
