The court Third Liquidator of Criminal Cases of Panama authorized a petition to extradite from Guatemala to the Martinelli brothers to the Panamanian nation in the “Blue Apple” case, where they appear accused of economic crimes.
The court Fourth Pluri-staff of Criminal First Instance of Guatemala, chaired by Judge Mayra de León, held a hearing on Thursday from the Mariscal Zavala prison, where the Martinelli Linares brothers are inmates, to know the new extradition request.

The preliminary hearing in the Blue Apple case began this week and includes 59 people.
