The Welfare Gas Stations are here! ... they will start in the Mexican southeast

The government of Mexico installed the first Wellness Gas Stations in the shingles on Quintana Roo, which will seek to compete with lower prices in the sale of fuels against private service stations.

The Ministry of Welfare, through the National Institute of Social Economy (INAES), and Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) announced the establishment of the first Gasolineras del Bienestar units in towns in southern Quintana Roo.

Gabriel Guillermo Arellano Aguilar, Deputy Director of Social Relations of the Maya Trend, commented that this first announcement comes after a previous feasibility analysis of the project, which also includes other communities in the states of Campeche and Yucatán.
