Another 400 workers went to the permanent plant of Siprosa

A group of 400 workers joined the permanent plant of the Provincial Health System (Siprosa). It is the third group to benefit this year, out of a total of 1,720. According to official sources, another 520 workers are still waiting for this step.

The Minister of Health, Rossana Chahla, highlighted the incorporation of trained personnel in different areas who worked during the pandemic making replacements for two years. “This is a recognition of the tasks that they carry out,” he said. “We are talking about health professionals, both doctors and nurses, kinesiologists, pharmacists, biochemists; that is, everything that has to do with caring for people”, He said.

In addition, the minister stressed that it was a request from the governor, Juan Manzur, to end the precariousness of all health workers. “We will continue with this, because we know that work is a people’s right, and all these personnel who have entered now already have their vacations, leave and above all, bring peace of mind to their family,” he said.

The director of Human Resources of Siprosa, Fabio Andina, remarked that it is a way to strengthen the health system. “This is the most important decarization process in the history of the Health System, never before in a single year there has been a large number of people and also in the context of the pandemic, so we are very happy because this allows us to have a system robust and strengthened sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, which works perfectly ”, he affirmed.
