For the Delta variant, they again require chinstraps to enter Disney

The use of the chinstrap will once again be mandatory at Disney amusement parks in the United States. The measure will be mandatory for both visitors and employees.

The decision meant a reversal of the Disney Parks authorities in relation to coronavirus prevention measures, motivated by the expansion of the Delta variant, much stronger than the previous ones.

The obligation will apply to all adults and children over two years of age, who must have their faces covered both inside the park and on buses, the monorail and in other areas of the company complexes, located in Florida. and in California. Meanwhile, it will be optional for those who stay outdoors.

“We are adapting our health and safety guidelines, based on guidance from health and government officials,” Disney Parks said in a statement.

The resurgence of the pandemic caused several companies to modify their protocols. In the last hours, both The Washington Post newspaper and the Google company reported that they will prohibit employees who do not have a complete vaccination against Covid-19 from entering their offices.
