Olympic Games: in rowing, the end of the race for this French boat did not go as planned

OLYMPIC GAMES – After the magnificent gold medal in the pair of sculls composed of Matthieu Androdias and Hugo Boucheron the day before the Olympic Games, tricolor rowing was illustrated this Thursday, July 29 in Tokyo in a much more unusual way.

As we can see on the images of France Télévisions below, the brothers Guillaume and Thibaud Turlan in two coxless peaks experienced an uneducational end of the race in the B final (the small final, which does not award any medals).

In the last tens of meters, they deported on the water line of the Belarusian boat, and even almost on that of the Dutch boat even further away. The French duo, who were not disqualified, finished in third place.
