Low temperatures continue and Tucumán is in "Violet alert"

The cold during the mornings is strongly felt in Tucumán and, apparently, it will continue to do so. A report from the National Meteorological Service indicates Violet Alert for low temperatures for the province, which will last until tomorrow, Thursday.

The areas included by the warning are: Burruyacú – Capital – Cruz Alta – Famaillá – Graneros – La Cocha – Leales – Simoca – Trancas – Yerba Buena – Low areas of Chicligasta – Low areas of Juan Bautista Alberdi – Low areas of Lules – Low areas from Monteros – Low areas of Río Chico – Low areas of Tafí Viejo.

Violet Alert means that “the area will be affected by low temperatures, below normal values. The minimum temperatures are expected to be between -9 ° C and 3 ° C, while the maximum temperatures will range between 8 ° C and 16 ° C” , informs the agency.

In addition, the SMN indicates for this Wednesday a day with cloudy skies in Tucumán. The minimum temperature would be 5 °, while the maximum would climb to 16 °. While for tomorrow it will fall even more: they estimate a minimum of 1 °.
