The President of the Republic reacted this Wednesday, live on the TVI24, to the decision of the Constitutional Court to stop the social support enacted and approved in Parliament.

The Constitutional Court considered as unconstitutional several norms of social support, within the scope of the state of emergency, approved by Parliament.

The adviser-judges unanimously decided that the support violates the State Budget’s brake law and increases the expenditure limit for the current financial year.
