You,inc bets on digital and wants to reach R$1.2 billion in PSV in 2021

In the real estate market, two trends have gained strength in the last year: the departure from large urban centers in search of a quieter life with the institution of home office by large companies and the search for more compact apartments in strategic areas of cities like São Paulo. The movement benefited developers such as You,inc, leader in the segment, which expects to reach, by the end of 2021, R$ 1.2 billion in general sales value (PSV), an index that provides an estimate of the potential of an enterprise’s profit.

Recently, the developer launched its second development of the year in the heart of the Pinheiros neighborhood in São Paulo, known for offering a mix of services, shops, culture and leisure, in addition to being close to the main business areas of the city. Called Pinheiros HY by you,inc, the launch is a single-tower project with 219 units between studios (26 m² to 30 m²) and one-bedroom apartments (from 33 m² to 34 m²). With digital sales and visits to the stand, it had 80% of units sold within the first 48 hours.

The project is part of the three launches announced by the company in the first half, with a total PSV of R$ 340 million. “You,inc opens its pipeline of launches with innovative projects in 2021. The expectation is to launch R$1.2 billion in PSV by the end of the year,” says Tatiana Muszkat, Institutional director at You,inc.


The acceleration of trends such as digitalization, even for those looking to buy a property, encouraged You,Inc to invest in training your team to perform digital sales. Before the pandemic, 74% of sales were offline and 26% of sales were online. After training that included webinars, reinforcement of digital channels with marketing actions and incentive campaigns to engage the greatest number of brokers, the company reverted its indicators for the month of June to 42% of online sales and 58% of offline sales.

“We are proud to report that our first digital contract was signed in early March 2020, on a platform implemented in late 2019. We train 100% of our sales force to serve online and in person, and the numbers already reflect this . We are able to continue operating even if the stands close again”, says Tatiana.
