The director of the National Commission of the Symbols of the Nation, (Conasina) Vladimir Berrio-Lemm spoke out against the alteration of the Panamanian flag in the march of the LGTBIQ + community that took place on Saturday in Panama.

“We call on the population regardless of our political, religious, sexual, national, and foreign affiliation, we invite them to be respectful of national symbols, the symbols of the Panamanian nation,” he said.

Meanwhile, for today the Movement for Life and Family of Panama, in commemoration of the month of the family, invites to celebrate the Day of National Pride and against the impositions of gender ideology.

Today will be National Pride Day on Calle 50, starting at 5:00 pm and they ask citizens to wear the Panama Flag and the National Team’s sweater.

For its part, the Panamanian Alliance for Life and Family yesterday made a caravan that from Metropark, traveled the streets of Panama, as and ended in the Calzada de Amador.
