The mission of the Amonite Collective to disseminate among all audiences, but mainly children, the richness of regional culture and science, will reach other horizons as of July thanks to a collaboration with the Autonomous University of Coahuila.

At a press conference, Quitzé Fernández, director of Amonite, and Sergio Arévalo, Sub-coordinator of Radio and Digital Media of the UAdeC, announced that a series of programs produced by the group will be broadcasting through the Radio Universidad network – 104.1 FM in Saltillo and 89.5 FM in Torreón—.

“Amonite is a communication platform for science, technology and social inclusion, we are specifically aimed at children. It has been five years since we were born in the state of Coahuila “, explained Fernández about the group,” we have made books, podcasts, video productions and now we have a project called Radio Amonite that is to tell our stories in audio to transmit them by different channels ”.

Arévalo explained that starting in July, from Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 to 10:00 in the morning, these collaborations will be transmitted that will reach “the children’s audience, with a magnificent production of stories, and the dissemination of science with a more friendly language for all audiences ”.
