Sinaloa.- 17 thousand active workers and another 10 thousand retirees and pensioners received job security with the signing of the agreement between the Government of the State of Sinaloa and the National Union of Education Workers (SNTE) Section 53.

The signing of the agreement that contemplates a contribution from the State Government for a total of 53.4 million pesos, which will be used to pay the salary differential between federalized and state positions, to pay the retirement bonus to Cobaes teachers, to increase the bonus Teacher’s Day, to the creation of 50 new plazas and the acquisition of two properties in Los Mochis and Mazatlán for the construction of SNTE recreational centers.

The governor Quirino Ordaz Coppel He recalled the actions that his government has undertaken in favor of the teaching profession, since from the outset a debt inherited from the last administration with the FigloSnte was attended to for 380 million pesos, which was corrected in this administration.

The Secretary General of SNTE 53, Fernando Sandoval Angulo, pointed out that the Executive Committee he heads feels very honored by the signing of this agreement.

“Today again you demonstrate to Sinaloa, you demonstrate to education workers, that things can be done when there is will, when there is sensitivity, because today in this agreement signing gives job certainty to 17 thousand assets and more than 10 thousand retirees ”.
