In Moscow, verandah guests were allowed to enter restaurants without QR codes to wash their hands. This was announced by the head of the department of trade and services of the capital, Alexei Nemeryuk, writes the Telegram channel “Moscow Says”.

Earlier, Moscow restaurateurs said they were ready to compensate for the costs of PCR tests to those of their visitors who were asymptomatic or unable to get a vaccine.

On June 28, new restrictions on COVID-19 began to operate in Moscow. The decree was signed by the mayor of the capital Sergei Sobyanin. Now the entrance to the restaurants is possible only with the QR code confirming the coronavirus vaccination. The QR code can be obtained using the Muscovite electronic medical card service, on the portal, on the EMIAS.INFO resource, on the single portal of State Services, using the specialized application “State Services. Stopcoronavirus” or at the registration office of the city polyclinic.

Minors do not need a QR code if they come with their parents. Also, restaurants will allow people who have passed the PCR test and received a negative result, but it will only work for three days. Applications “Moscow Transport”, “Moscow Assistant” and “Moscow Metro” will help you check QR codes when visiting cafes, restaurants and public events.
