TORREÓN, COAH.- A man died in the IMSS Clinic 16 from a bullet to the head by a motorcyclist when the victim was at the bottom of the bridge The Peasant.

Until yesterday, the deceased today had not been identified. According to his characteristics, he was around 50 years old, had a regular complexion, brown skin and wore a purple shirt and blue jeans.

The events occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday in one of the ridges of the peripheral cruise Raúl López Sánchez and the so-called Antigua Carretera a San Pedro.

After the events, a mobilization of police officers from different corporations was observed, as well as the arrival of street vendors from the Red Cross.

The person who was shot was left lying on the median under the El Campesino bridge. The paramedics appreciated a gunshot wound to the head and when they checked him, the man still had vital signs, so they urgently transferred him to Clinic 16 of Social Security, where he died a few minutes later.

The only thing known about the aggressor was that he was manning a red motorcycle, wearing blue jeans, an apparently red shirt and wearing a black helmet.

The police officers guarded the area while the staff of the State Prosecutor’s Office searched for signs of what happened.

The curious mentioned that a motorcycle stopped next to the victim and the subject shot him in the head, but said they did not know the direction that the aggressor took.

For the autopsy and pending identification, the body was transferred to the facilities of the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo).
