The Government of Spain has approved in the extraordinary Council of Ministers this Thursday to eliminate capacity restrictions in football and basketball stadiums.
As explained by the Minister of Health, Carolina Darias, the Government has abolished the Article 15.2 of the New Normal Law on the influx of the public to the football and basketball stadiums.
“We return to normality in terms of the influx of public to the stadiums for the Professional Football League and the ACB. I am convinced that it will be a very well received measure ”, indicated the head of the health portfolio.
Therefore, as of next season, the influx of public for the Football League or ACB, something that was almost completely suspended since the coronavirus pandemic was declared in March 2020.
