The company EC Remodeling and Maintenance, which obtained one of the 2019 contracts, won another on May 24 for 22.5 million pesos, VAT included, to replace 15 thousand square meters of existing vinyl and porcelain floors, with high-traffic vinyl flooring in both terminals.

At the end of 2014, the AICM hired the company Reno 2000 construction company, which charged 83 million pesos for laying, during 2015, high-traffic vinyl flooring in 62 thousand square meters of areas of both terminals that, until then, were carpeted.

Starting in 2016, the floors received various maintenance, but by mid-2019 the replacements began, including 13,500 square meters of vinyl flooring in Terminal 2.
