The 43-year-old heavyweight has demonstrated the nuances of performing Ezekiel’s choke, which can be performed from many positions on the ground. Oleinik showed the Korean woman where to put pressure in order to force the opponent to surrender in half a second.

Kim Ji Yong thanked Oleinik for the demonstration of the technique. The video has collected more than nine thousand views on the Internet.

Oleinik and Kim Ji Yong will perform at the UFC in Las Vegas, which is scheduled for June 20. The rival of the Russian heavyweight will be Sergei Spivak from Moldova.

In January 2017, Oleinik became the first UFC fighter to win the fight by using Ezekiel’s strangulation. In addition, the Russian heavyweight held it under an opponent.

Oleinik won 59 victories in MMA, 46 of which he achieved with a choke hold or a painful hold.
