Cofepris authorizes new batch of AstraZeneca vaccines against COVID-19 for emergency use in Mexico

The Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks (Cofepris) revealed that it recently approved the release of a new batch of AstraZeneca vaccines packaged in Mexico.

It is about 891 thousand 600 doses that were packaged by the Liomont laboratory, in the State of Mexico.

With these vaccines, there are already 3 million 12 thousand 400 doses authorized by Cofepris for emergency use in the country, divided into four batches packed in the national territory.
