At the same press conference, the Russian minister said that external pressure was being exerted on Moscow and Minsk, a hybrid war was being waged. According to the diplomat, taking into account the aggressive line of the West, the Russian and Belarusian authorities agreed to coordinate efforts to strengthen the sovereignty and ensure the national security of the countries.
